When you can’t lay down a track but need to follow your subject with a smooth tracking shot, the Falcon Pro Stabilized Camera Rickshaw Support from Proaim provides smooth and stable movement for an operator and a rig, up to a total weight of 440 pounds. Lightweight and portable, this camera rickshaw is designed for handheld or gimbal stabilizer tracking shots with an onboard operator, or it can be used with a separately available platform with Euro/Elemac compatibility as a camera dolly. It enables the operator and camera to be pushed or pulled by a grip to facilitate complex tracking shots, especially over uneven terrain.
Together, the two large wheels and the small, rear jockey wheel create a smooth path, and the large wheels can be adjusted for different clearance heights for various terrain. The adjustable push/pull bar tilts and telescopes from 32 to 54″ in length, allowing the grip to push or pull the rickshaw in multiple configurations. It includes a height-adjustable seat with front-to-back positioning, 360° rotation, and two footrests. There is a 42mm rail mount in the back for adding more gear, and multiple 10mm holes around the rig for accessories.
